Shelley Correll is a professor of sociology and organizational behavior at Stanford University. She serves as Director of the Stanford VMware Women’s Leadership Innovation Lab and Associate Director of Stanford Impact Labs. Her research focuses on gender, workplace dynamics, and organizational culture, particularly examining how biases and organizational practices affect women's career advancement and retention in technical fields.
