Dr. Jennifer Dimoff is an Associate Professor at the Telfer School of Management, University of Ottawa, holding the Kathryn Tremblay Professorship in Workplace Mental Health and Wellness Leadership. She previously served as Affiliate Faculty at Portland State University and Oregon Health & Science University. Her research focuses on leadership, occupational health and safety, and workplace interventions, with a strong emphasis on mental health training programs like MHAT. She earned her PhD in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Saint Mary’s University and a B.Sc. from Queen’s University.

Research Interests: Dr. Dimoff’s work addresses intersections between leadership, mental health, and workplace safety. Her research highlights the critical role of managers in fostering mentally healthy workplaces, with a focus on systematic reviews and randomized controlled trials.
Key Contributions: Her articles emphasize mental health climate assessment, resilience training in military settings, and the role of safety leadership during crises like the pandemic. She co-developed the C.A.R.E. Model for bereavement support and validated leadership scales like R.I.G.H.T. and SOS.
