Joseph Carpini is a Senior Lecturer in the Department of Management and Organisations at the UWA Business School, University of Western Australia. His research focuses on individual work performance, mental health, and proactive behaviors in workplace contexts. He holds a PhD in Management & Organisations from UWA (2014–2018), an M.Sc. in Industrial & Organisational Psychology from Saint Mary’s University (2012–2013), and a B.A. in Psychology from Concordia University (2008–2011).
