Laura Ru Yun Pan is a Lecturer in International Management at the SDA Bocconi School of Management. She joined the faculty in November 2019 and teaches in the MBA, Executive Masters, and custom executive programs. Since January 2020, she has coordinated the EMiLUX - Executive Masters in Luxury Management program.

Her research focuses on luxury business models, international management, and sustainability, with specific attention to:
- Evolution of Country of Origin and consumer value perception
- Premiumization strategies in FMCG goods
- Digital transformation and engagement in luxury brands
Her recent publications address trends in digital customer experience, NFTs in luxury branding, and servitization within the industry. Laura is also a researcher at the Gucci Lab, collaborating on projects with institutions like Unicredit and Camera di Commercio IAA Venezia Giulia.
