Maria Cristina Cito is an Associate Professor of Practice in Brand and Communication at SDA Bocconi School of Management, Bocconi University. She serves as Program Coordinator for the FT MBA and directs executive programs including Customer Experience Management, Product Management, and Communicating to Create Value. Her faculty roles extend to the FT MBA, EMBA, GEMBA, MAMA programs, and SDA Bocconi Asia Center in Mumbai.
