Laura Jeffery is Professor of Anthropology of Migration at the University of Edinburgh and Dean of Research in the College of Arts, Humanities and Social Sciences. Her work focuses on intangible cultural heritage, human-environment relations, and healthcare in protracted displacement contexts across the Indian Ocean islands and North Africa.
