Lateef Mtima is a Professor of Law at Howard University School of Law and the Founder & Director of the Institute for Intellectual Property and Social Justice, an NGO member of WIPO. He holds a J.D. from Harvard Law School and a B.S. from Amherst College, where he graduated with honors.
