Sean Flynn is a Professor at American University's Washington College of Law and Director of the Program on Information Justice and Intellectual Property (PIJIP). He chairs the Global Expert Network on Copyright User Rights and co-founded the Global Congress on Intellectual Property and the Public Interest. As Editor-in-Chief of Infojustice.org, he advocates for balanced intellectual property policies.
