Lars Erik Kjekshus is a Professor at the Department of Sociology and Human Geography, Faculty of Social Sciences, University of Oslo. He leads the master's program in Organization, Leadership, and Work. His research focuses on organizational theory, institutional theory, digitalization in healthcare, and public administration.
