Kristen Walker KC is a Principal Fellow at the University of Melbourne's Melbourne Law School, teaching Constitutional Law in the JD program and co-instructing Written Advocacy and Constitutional Litigation in the Melbourne Law Masters. She has previously taught international human rights law and legal ethics at Columbia Law School in New York.
Her research spans constitutional law, law and sexuality, and international law, with specialized focus on human rights and refugee law frameworks. She concurrently practices at the Victorian Bar, concentrating on constitutional and broader public law litigation.
