Benjamin Perryman

Benjamin Perryman is Assistant Professor at UNB Faculty of Law, researching constitutional adjudication through the lens of happiness science. His work intersects law, politics, and empirical social science.

His publications analyze evidentiary practices in constitutional litigation and the relationship between democratic institutions and refugee protection outcomes.

He maintains an active human rights adjudication practice and is called to the bars of Ontario and Nova Scotia.
