Benjamin Perryman is a doctoral candidate at Yale Law School and a part-time academic affiliated with Dalhousie University (Schulich School of Law) and Saint Mary's University (Department of Political Science). He is a human rights adjudicator in Nova Scotia and an active board member of the Halifax Refugee Clinic.
His research focuses on the intersection of happiness and constitutional law, aiming to reinterpret constitutional theory through the lens of the science of happiness. He also contributes to social justice initiatives and human rights law.
