Kimberly Boucher is a Senior Lecturer at the MIT Sloan School of Management, teaching courses like Entrepreneurship Lab and Building an Entrepreneurial Venture. She also serves as an Adjunct Professor at Northeastern University, focusing on Innovation and Design Thinking, and an Expert in Residence at Thayer Academy. She is a board member of the MIT Delta V Accelerator Program and co-founder of the Women’s Foundation of Boston. Previously, she held executive roles at Analog Devices and Lycos, Inc., managing global marketing and technology commercialization strategies.
Education: B.S. in Management Industrial Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute (WPI), M.B.A. from Harvard Business School. Athletic achievements include NCAA Academic All-American status and induction into WPI’s Hall of Fame (2000).
Research interests emphasize entrepreneurship education, women’s leadership development, and leveraging technology for social impact. She actively supports STEM education for girls in Rwanda and plans to mentor Vietnamese women in entrepreneurship.
