Kerrie Unsworth is Professor and Chair in Organisational Behaviour at Leeds University Business School, University of Leeds. Her research examines how individuals juggle multiple goals in workplace contexts, with applications to pro-environmental behavior, leadership development, and employee well-being.
Developed the Goal Hierarchy framework—a tool for mapping personal values to daily actions—to enhance leadership, teamwork, and organizational culture. Research spans motivation theory, sustainable workplaces, and diversity/inclusion initiatives.
Publications focus on behavior change mechanisms, particularly in environmental sustainability and healthcare contexts.
