Kerrie Unsworth serves as Associate Professor and Honorary Research Fellow in the Management and Organisations discipline at The University of Western Australia Business School. She holds significant leadership roles including Associate Dean for International Relations and Deputy Head of Discipline. Her academic journey began with an Honours degree in Psychology from the University of Queensland (1994), followed by a PhD from the Institute of Work Psychology at the University of Sheffield (2001), where her research focused on enhancing creativity in Rolls Royce and BAE Systems engineers.
Dr. Unsworth's research program investigates the intersection of motivation, creativity, pro-environmental behaviors, and well-being in organizational contexts.
