Kelly Frantz

Dr. Kelly Frantz has taught at the Illinois College of Optometry (ICO) since 1986, specializing in binocular vision, pediatric optometry, and vision therapy. She develops instructional videos for vision therapy procedures and adapts teaching methods from traditional slides to digital platforms. Her research addresses visual challenges in digital device usage and eye movement disorders.

With a Master of Arts degree and certifications in education, Dr. Frantz emphasizes clinical complexity management, including patient compliance issues in vision therapy. She served as content manager for ICO's digital leadership resources and formerly edited the institutional blog.
