Dr. Kelly Brochu serves as Assistant to the President for Special Projects at Regis College, focusing on supporting adult and post-traditional learners through institutional partnerships. She concurrently holds an adjunct faculty role in the EdD Higher Education Leadership Program. Her work includes leadership in pandemic-related policies, pre-college programs, and residence life initiatives.

- Bachelor of Arts in English Communications, Emmanuel College (with minors in Psychology and Theology)
Her research explores role conflict in higher education, particularly for non-traditional students. This work earned the 2021 NASPA Research Award. She has actively contributed to NASPA leadership roles, including advocacy for adult learners and students with children.
