Kelleen Wiseman is a faculty member at the University of British Columbia within the Faculty of Land and Food Systems and the Food and Resource Economics department. She is the Academic Director of the Master of Food and Resource Economics (MFRE) program, integrating industry experience from agri-food business, banking, and marketing sectors into her academic work.

Her research focuses on sustainable entrepreneurship, green financing, and sustainability reporting in climate, food, and agri-business sectors. She has launched UBC's Micro-Certificate in Environmental Metrics for Sustainability Reporting and enhanced the MFRE program with data analytics training and graduating projects.
The five selected publications highlight her expertise in consumer behavior, food product demand, and sustainability. Topics include logistic regression models for egg consumption, market segmentation for preserved duck eggs, and health claims in processed foods. These works span Agricultural Economics, Consumer Behavior, and Nutritional Policy, emphasizing practical applications in agri-business and sustainability.

Dr. Wiseman teaches graduate and undergraduate courses such as FRE 302 Small Business Management in Agri-food Industries and FRE 547 FRE Graduating Project – Work Experience.
