Prof. Keith Willey is a Visiting Professor at the School of Professional Practice and Leadership, University of Technology Sydney (UTS). He holds a B.E.(Hons) and Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from UTS and a Graduate Certificate in Higher Education from the University of Sydney. His research focuses on engineering education, including collaborative learning assessments, professional competency development, and complexity in education. He leads the SPARKPLUS self- and peer-assessment tool and has received awards for innovative teaching, such as the ALTC Teaching Fellowship (2010) and multiple Australian Council of Engineering Deans Awards.
