Keith D Renshaw

Keith D. Renshaw is a Professor of Psychology at George Mason University (GMU) and currently serves as Senior Associate Provost for Undergraduate Education. He holds a PhD from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill (2003). His research focuses on anxiety, stress, trauma reactions, and interpersonal relationships, with a particular emphasis on military families, veterans, and scalable mental health solutions. Renshaw has led over $3M in funded research and published 95+ peer-reviewed articles. He directs GMU's Military, Veterans, & Families Initiative (MVFI), advancing education, training, and direct services for this population.

Education: PhD in Psychology (UNC Chapel Hill, 2003), MA (UNC Chapel Hill, 1998), BS (Duke University, 1995). Teaching awards include the 2015 GMU Teaching Excellence Award. His mentorship has supported students securing $250K+ in grants and 60+ publications.
