Katie Quillen serves as an Adjunct Professor at Baylor Law School, where she coaches interscholastic moot court teams. She concurrently holds a law clerk position for the Honorable Jeffrey C. Manske at the U.S. District Court, Western District of Texas. Quillen graduated from Baylor Law School in 2022 and earned her Bachelor of Arts in Legal Studies from Morehead State University in 2019.

Her research focuses on legal barriers to self-representation in probate matters and judicial advocacy. She has contributed to moot court competitions under Prof. Larry Bates and served as a research assistant for Prof. Rory Ryan. Awards include a 2019 Certificate of Merit for her probate self-representation study and recognition as Outstanding Legal Studies Student. Beyond academia, she resides in China Spring, Texas, with her husband Henry.
