Emily Rehm is a Professor at Southwestern Law School, where she joined in 2018. She serves as a law clerk for the Superior Court of California, County of Los Angeles, and previously clerked for the U.S. District Court, Central District of California. Her academic background includes a B.A. in Arts, Entertainment, and Media Management (summa cum laude) from Columbia College Chicago (2008) and a J.D. (summa cum laude) from Southwestern Law School (2017). Rehm’s research focuses on media and entertainment law, criminal law, and legal journalism.
