Katia Laura Sidali is an Assistant Professor at the University of Verona, affiliated with the Department of Management. Her research focuses on agribusiness, agri-food marketing, rural development, tourism management, and wine marketing. She holds a PhD in International Cooperation and Sustainable Development from the University of Bologna and Georg-August University of Goettingen (2009). She is a member of the Editorial Advisory Board for journals such as the International Journal of Culture, Tourism and Hospitality Research and the European Association of Agricultural Economists (EAAE).

She leads the Agri-food System Research Group, emphasizing sustainable consumption and decision-making in agribusiness. She has coordinated projects like SMARTLAND (Regional Innovation Network in Veneto, 2020) and contributed to third-mission initiatives, including post-COVID tourism scenario analyses.
