Kati Kulovesi is Professor of Law at the University of Eastern Finland, specializing in International Environmental Law, EU Climate Law, and the intersection of climate change law with international economic law. She works closely with the 3E Center at the Brussels School of Governance, Vrije Universiteit Brussels, and Earth Negotiations Bulletin, with multidisciplinary collaborations in the Atmospheric and Climate Competence Center.
