Harri Kalimo is a Professor at the Law School of the University of Eastern Finland (UEF), affiliated with the Faculty of Social Sciences and Business Studies. He also serves as Co-Director of the 3E Research Centre at the Brussels School of Governance (Vrije Universiteit Brussel).
