Professor Kathryn Backholer is a public health policy expert at Deakin University, where she co-directs the Global Centre for Preventive Health and Nutrition (GLOBE) and leads the WHO Collaborating Centre for Obesity Prevention. She holds a National Heart Foundation Future Leader Fellowship and serves as Vice President (Policy) for the Public Health Association of Australia.
