Kathleen Zimmerman-Oster

Kathleen Zimmerman-Oster is Professor of Psychology and Director of the Industrial/Organizational Psychology Master of Arts Program at the University of Detroit Mercy. She also serves as Director of Research, Evaluation, and Leadership Development for the Institute for Leadership and Service. She holds a Ph.D. and M.A. in Social and Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Wayne State University.

Her research expertise includes program assessment, leadership development across the lifespan, organizational development, youth prevention programs, and community engagement. She has received multiple awards including the OUTSTANDING RESEARCH Award and OUTSTANDING ASSESSMENT RESEARCH AWARD.
