Kathleen Czech is a Lecturer in the School of Communication at San Diego State University, where she also serves as Internship Director and Lead Undergraduate Advisor. Her research examines communication in organizational and academic leadership contexts.
Czech's scholarship focuses on supervisor-subordinate dynamics, communication climates in higher education, and leadership effectiveness. She teaches courses in relational communication, organizational communication, and leadership studies.
