Katherine Sullivan is a Professor of Art at Hope College since 2003. She teaches painting, figure drawing, color theory, and originated the studio art capstone course. - MFA in Painting and Drawing from Boston University (2001)
- Post-Baccalaureate from Pennsylvania Academy of Fine Arts (1998)
- BFA from University of Michigan School of Art and Design (1997)
Her hybrid oil paintings and works on paper explore cultural hierarchies through juxtapositions of British oil painting techniques with Indian miniature art traditions, examining political geography of styles and material transformations in painting.
