Katherine L. Wilson-Milne is a Visiting Lecturer in Law at Yale Law School and Partner at Schindler Cohen & Hochman LLP, where she co-heads the art law practice. Her expertise spans transactional matters in art creation, acquisition, sales, financing, and dispute resolution involving contracts and fraud. She holds a J.D. from Yale Law School (2009) and a B.A. from Duke University (2004, summa cum laude, Phi Beta Kappa).
