Gregory Fleming

Gregory J. Fleming is a Visiting Clinical Lecturer in Law at Yale Law School (Yale University), serving during the fall term. He concurrently serves as CEO of Rockefeller Capital Management since 2018 and holds numerous board positions, including at BlackRock and Millennium Management. He previously led Morgan Stanley Wealth Management and Morgan Stanley Investment Management, and held executive roles at Merrill Lynch.

His teaching focuses on ethics in legal markets and corporate law clinics. Professional expertise spans investment banking, wealth management, and corporate leadership. Active in governance roles, he advises Yale Law School’s Corporate Law Center and serves on the Council on Foreign Relations and Economic Club of New York. He also contributes to educational initiatives through Deerfield Academy and the Turn 2 Foundation.
