Associate Professor Katharine Kemp is an Associate Professor at the Faculty of Law & Justice, UNSW Sydney, and leads the UNSW Public Interest Law & Tech Initiative. Her work focuses on competition law, data privacy, and consumer protection. She holds a BCom, LLB (Hons) from the University of Queensland, an LLM from Stellenbosch University, and a PhD from UNSW.
