Dr Xue Bai is a Casual Academic (Lecturer, part-time) at the School of Private & Commercial Law, UNSW Law & Justice, University of New South Wales (UNSW). She holds a PhD from UNSW (2021), an LLM and LLB from Beijing Jiaotong University. Her research focuses on competition law, policy reform of Chinese state-owned enterprises, and competitive neutrality policy, with notable contributions to international and comparative law.
