Katharina Windler

Katharina Windler is a Senior Research Fellow at the Lucerne School of Business (HSLU), affiliated with the Institute of Business and Regional Economics IBR SOM. She holds a BA (Hons) in International Tourism Management, an MSc in Business Administration, an MRes, and a PhD in Management from Cranfield University. Her research focuses on digital customer management, strategic network ecosystems, and service operations management. She has led or contributed to projects such as the Electrification of urban construction sites and DISCO (Developing Innovative Sustainable Cooperation Opportunities).
