Anja Zimmermann

Anja Zimmermann holds the position of Head of CC Service & Operations Management and Lecturer at the Lucerne School of Business (HSLU W), part of Lucerne University of Applied Sciences and Arts. She leads the Master of Advanced Studies in Services Marketing and Management program and contributes to the Institute of Business and Regional Economics (IBR).

Education: She earned a Dipl.-Kffr degree from the European Business School (EBS) in Germany. Her career includes roles as a Research Assistant at EBS, Senior Assistant and Lecturer at the University of Basel, and various consulting roles in marketing and management.
