Kate Yue Zhang

Dr. Kate Yue Zhang is an Associate Professor and Associate Dean of Educational Assessment and Institutional Effectiveness at Arcadia University Paris (AUP), affiliated with the Department of Economics and Management. She joined AUP in 2016, previously serving as Associate Professor and Department Chair at the University of Surrey’s joint business school in China. Her research focuses on Organizational Behavior, Human Resource Management, and Higher Education, with notable contributions to studies on remote work identity threats and cross-cultural adjustment. She holds a PhD from Dongbei University of Finance and Economics and a Master of Commerce from the University of Sydney. Dr. Zhang has served on a public company’s board and received the 2022 RIPCO award for her work on remote work strategies. She teaches courses in Management, Organizational Behavior, and Strategic Management, integrating her research insights into pedagogy. Her work has been supported by grants from China’s Ministry of Education and provincial foundations, emphasizing practical and theoretical contributions to global business and education challenges.
