Current projects include studies on voluntary disclosure as a commitment device, strategic timing of R&D disclosures, and embargoed information practices.
Recent work presented at top conferences like the American Accounting Association Annual Meeting and AAA Annual Meeting investigates pharmaceutical R&D dynamics, patent disclosure strategies, and regulatory real effects. Findings suggest strong links between disclosure transparency and competitive innovation.
