Diana Weng is an Assistant Professor at the Stan Ross Department of Accountancy within the Zicklin School of Business at Baruch College-CUNY. Her academic expertise lies in Financial Reporting, Financial Disclosure, and Financial Analysts.

Her research examines the interplay between financial disclosure regulation and market outcomes, with a focus on mortgage markets, segment reporting, and intangible asset disclosures. She has presented her work at prestigious conferences including the American Accounting Association (AAA) Annual Meetings and delivered seminars at institutions like Florida State University and the University of Utah.
The majority of her recent publications and in-progress research center around regulatory impacts, such as analyzing the effects of mandatory intangible disclosure rules, AI-driven lending practices, and restructuring disclosures.
