Karen F. Tardrew, Ed.D., is an Associate Professor in the Teaching, Learning and Assessment program at National Louis University's National College of Education, and serves as Wisconsin Academic Director. She has been with NLU since 1992, teaching in Elementary Education, Special Education, and the Master of Arts in Education programs. Her expertise encompasses collaborative group processes, constructivist teaching, action research, teacher wellness, cross-cultural education, and visual literacy. She coordinates graduate programs in Wisconsin and focuses on holistic educational approaches.
Education: Doctor of Education (2003) from National Louis University in School Leadership/Instructional Leadership; Master of Education (1988-1989) from National Louis University; Bachelor of Science in Special Education (1983-1987) from Indiana University.
