Dr. Karen Cripps is a Senior Lecturer in Responsible Management and Leadership at Oxford Brookes Business School. She holds roles including Subject Coordinator for the Business and Management undergraduate program and advisor for the Senior People Professional Apprenticeship. Externally, she serves as Secretary of the PRME UK and Ireland Chapter Steering Committee, focusing on sustainability mindset and climate change initiatives.
