Kaouther Kooli is an Associate Professor in Marketing at Bournemouth University’s Faculty of Management, specializing in digital B2B marketing, consumer behavior, and sustainability linked to UN SDGs. She holds a PhD in Marketing and has 18 years of teaching experience across Tunisia, France, and the UK. Her research focuses on B2B marketing dynamics, digital transformation, and ethical practices in brand alliances. She chairs the Academy of Marketing’s B2B Special Interest Group and serves as Senior Editor for Cogent Business and Management and Journal of Business to Business Marketing. Dr. Kooli has organized annual B2B marketing conferences and contributed to initiatives like the ‘Archive of Market and Social Research’.
Her work aligns with UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs 4, 9, 12, 13), emphasizing quality education, sustainable innovation, and climate action. She has published over 60 journal articles, book chapters, and conference papers, and her grants include projects on fuzzy cognitive mapping in social sciences and climate action through supply chains. Dr. Kooli is a Senior Fellow of the Higher Education Academy (SFHEA) and has been an external examiner at Glyndwr and Huddersfield Universities. She actively engages in outreach, delivering keynote speeches and workshops globally.
Her teaching encompasses Digital Marketing, Sustainability, and Research Methods at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels. Current research explores big data in public sector accounting, audit sampling strategies, and the role of metaverse in hospitality. She supervises PhD students investigating topics like social CRM capabilities and cross-category brand alliances.
