Dr Osikhuemhe Okwilagwe is a Senior Lecturer in Strategy at the Bournemouth University Business School, Department of Marketing, Strategy and Innovation. She previously worked in Veterinary Services in Nigeria before joining Bournemouth University in 2016. As Programme Leader for the MSc Innovation Management and Entrepreneurship Programme for seven years, she has driven research-led teaching across undergraduate and postgraduate levels. She holds prestigious fellowships including Senior Fellow of the Higher Education Academy (SFHEA) and Chartered Management Institute Fellowship (FCMI).
- Research Focus: Public-Private Partnerships, Local Regeneration, Sustainability, and UN SDGs 4,9,11,17.

Her research emphasizes collaboration processes in partnerships, trust-building, and community inclusion, particularly in emerging economies. She actively disseminates work globally through conferences and journals, addressing both academic and policy audiences. Teaching spans Strategic Management, Organisational Leadership, and International Management.
Grants include studies on climate change mitigation by Faith-Based Organisations and dementia risk factors in minority communities. Awards include multiple 'You'Re Brilliant' recognitions for student experience and a Vice-Chancellor’s PhD Scholarship.
