Dr. Hande Turkoglu is a Lecturer in Tourism at Bournemouth University Business School’s Department of Marketing, Strategy & Innovation. She teaches undergraduate and postgraduate modules on tourism and hospitality management, marketing technology, research methods, and sustainability. She holds roles as BSc Marketing Level 5 Lead and Postgraduate Tourism and Hospitality Dissertation Coordinator. Her research focuses on labor conditions, gender dynamics, and migrant workers in tourism/hospitality, with a commitment to workplace well-being and SDGs like health equity and gender equality. She actively engages in academic conferences and collaborates with industry stakeholders to bridge research and practice.
