Dr. Julie Wronski is an Associate Professor of Political Science at the University of Mississippi's College of Liberal Arts, specializing in American Politics and Political Psychology. She holds a Ph.D. from SUNY Stony Brook (2014). Her work focuses on partisan sorting, political polarization, and how psychological factors like authoritarianism and empathy shape political behavior. She currently serves as Associate Editor for the Journal of Politics' American Political Behavior section and leads a book project analyzing threats to American democracy through national identity perceptions.
