Professor Julie Doyle is a distinguished academic in the School of Art and Media at the University of Brighton, specializing in climate change communication, media studies, and visual culture. She holds a PhD in English Literature from the University of Sussex and has authored key works such as Mediating Climate Change. Her research focuses on the intersection of media, art, and environmental activism, advocating for creative and participatory approaches to engage communities with climate issues.
Dr. Doyle’s work bridges academic and applied contexts, including collaborations with NGOs, artists, and governmental bodies. She has led projects like the System Change Hive and FutureCoast Youth, emphasizing youth engagement through storytelling and participatory methods.
