Julia Langdon is an Assistant Professor of Organizational Behavior at ESMT Berlin, holding the Volkswagen Group Junior Chair for Ethics and Diversity in Organizations since April 2024. Her research focuses on preventing unethical behavior in organizations through psychological mechanisms and promoting inclusion for disabled professionals.
- Ph.D. in Management from London Business School (2023)
- MSc in Cognitive and Decision Sciences from University College London
- BSc in Psychology from Warwick University
Her work examines how stakeholders respond to ethical scandals and how moral reasoning influences organizational inclusion practices, combining experimental and field methods.
