Dave Mayer is the John H. Mitchell Professor of Business Ethics and Chair of the Management and Organizations Area at the Ross School of Business, University of Michigan. He specializes in ethical leadership, workplace fairness, and positive organizational behavior. Mayer holds a BA from UC Davis and a Ph.D. in Organizational Psychology from the University of Maryland (2004).
