Dr. Babatunde Ogunfowora is a Professor of Organizational Behaviour and Human Resources at the Haskayne School of Business (since 2013) and an Adjunct Professor in the Department of Psychology at the University of Calgary. He holds a PhD in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from the University of Calgary (2009), an MA from McGill University (2006), and a BSc from the University of Calgary (2004). He directs the Haskayne PhD program and teaches courses in organizational behavior, talent management, and advanced statistics.
