Dr. Kristina A. Diekmann is the Angus T. Shearer Professor of Ethics and Chair of the Department of Management at the David Eccles School of Business, University of Utah. With tenure since 2000, she previously served as an Assistant Professor at the University of Notre Dame. Her academic foundation includes a Ph.D. and M.S. in Organizational Behavior from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management and an A.B. in Psychology from Harvard College. Prior to academia, she worked in investment banking at Merrill Lynch.
