Judith Maloney, Ph.D., is a Clinical Professor in the Department of Biomedical Sciences at Marquette University. She holds a Ph.D. in Pharmacology from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and completed postdoctoral training in Biochemistry and Biophysics at the University of Pennsylvania. Previously, she served as faculty in Pharmacology at the West Virginia School of Osteopathic Medicine.

Research Focus: Dr. Maloney’s research has centered on ischemia-reperfusion injury in the heart, combining expertise in cardiovascular physiology and pharmacology. Her teaching spans histology and anatomy/physiology courses for health sciences students.
Awards: In 2017, she received the Way Klingler Teaching Enhancement Award for her project “A Community of Practice to Infuse High Impact Practices Across the Curriculum.”
Advising & Leadership:
- Advises pre-medical, pre-dental, and pre-physician assistant students.
- Oversees the Pre-Dental Post-Baccalaureate Program (BMPD) and Undergraduate Summer Research Program (SRP).
- Active in the Integrative Neuroscience Research Center (INRC) and Sterilizer Monitoring Service (SMS).
